Verbally Diseased Record Store – Shipping Policy

At Verbally Diseased Record Store, we’re committed to delivering your physical orders quickly and securely while ensuring transparency about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance and destination

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery method.

3. Digital Products

Digital music, albums, and media downloads are delivered instantly via secure download link or email after purchase.
No physical shipment is required for digital products.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs.
If your order seems lost, contact us at info@verballydiseased.com with your order number, and we’ll assist in tracking or replacing it when possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

7. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.
We will issue a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

8. International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties charged upon delivery. These are not included in your order total.
